Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, all items included in your original order must be returned together. This includes any accessories or additional components that were part of the shipment.

 

Original Packaging

Returned items should be sent back in their original packaging, including any materials that were provided at the time of delivery, where reasonably possible.

 

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in good condition. Returns showing excessive wear, misuse, or damage beyond normal handling may not be eligible for a full refund.

 

Return Process

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We do not currently provide prepaid return labels.

 

Return Address

The return address will be provided once your return request has been approved. Please ensure that your package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

 

Timeframe

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested outside this period may not be accepted.

 

Proof of Return

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please keep your tracking number, as it may be required to confirm delivery of your return.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Partial or Denied Refunds

Refunds may be reduced or declined if:

  • Items are returned incomplete

  • Components are missing

  • Items show damage beyond normal handling

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@elevenberry.com so we can review and resolve the issue.
